Start from any category on the homepage or browse the full brand directory. Select the item type and a turnaround (12, 6, 3, or 1 hours) and the exact price appears before you pay — fixed per item type, never based on your item's value. The fastest turnarounds aren't available around the clock.
Brand not listed? Use “Authenticate a custom brand”: enter the name, pick the closest tier, and you get the same flow with the same transparent pricing.

Upload guided photos — no shipping, ever
Use clear, well-lit photos and keep the full requested area in frame. Each item type has its own shot-by-shot checklist so you capture exactly what reviewers need the first time.
Your item never leaves your hands. If a shot is unclear later, we only ask for the additional photos we actually need.

High Accuracy through Human Review of your exact photos. Reviewers examine the construction, materials, hardware and brand details captured in your guided photos.

Step 4
Your result arrives on time — or it's free
The countdown starts once your payment is confirmed and your submission is complete and usable. If we request additional photos, the countdown pauses and resumes when you provide them.
If your result is not delivered within the selected turnaround, we still complete your authentication and the fee is refunded in full — that's our On-Time Results Guarantee.
